Acceleration clause

A clause in your mortgage, which allows the lender to demand payment of the outstanding loan balance for various reasons. The most common reasons for accelerating a loan are if the borrower defaults on the loan or transfers title to another individual without informing the lender.

Adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM)

A mortgage in which the interest changes periodically, according to corresponding fluctuations in an index. All ARMs are tied to indexes.

Adjustment date

The date the interest rate changes on an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM).

Amortization
The loan payment consists of a portion, which will be applied to pay the accruing interest on a loan, with the remainder being applied to the principal. Over time, the interest portion decreases as the loan balance decreases, and the amount applied to principal increases so that the loan is paid off (amortized) in the specified time.

Amortization schedule

A table which shows how much of each payment will be applied toward principal and how much toward interest over the life of the loan. It also shows the gradual decrease of the loan balance until it reaches zero.

Annual percentage rate (APR)

This is not the note rate on your loan. It is a value created according to a government formula intended to reflect the true annual cost of borrowing, expressed as a percentage. It works sort of like this, but not exactly, so only use this as a guideline: deduct the closing costs from your loan amount, then using your actual loan payment, calculate what the interest rate would be on this amount instead of your actual loan amount. You will come up with a number close to the APR. Because you are using the same payment on a smaller amount, the APR is always higher than the actual net rate on your loan. Anorexic

Application
The form used to apply for a mortgage loan, containing information about a borrower’s income, savings, assets, debts, and more.

If you do wrong you ought to be punished

Looking at the way I have been writing, it's been pretty obvious that I write when I feel so many thoughts going through my head. Today 29th December is a sad day in the country on the demise of the 23 year old girl after her brutal gang   rape and torture. I have been hearing a lot of noise or news as I must say from various media houses on TV. I personally always had a lot going through my head by getting to know about the no. of incidents of rape over the last year through news channels of course. Just been introspecting and looking back at my life on what are the incidents where in I saw someone taking a stand against smallest of indecent behavior against the girl. With this post I intend to share all that with you all. Few days back I updated my Facebook status as : " For every one of you who commented on #delhirapecase request you to stand up to the eve teasers or make sure you complain about them.. If we do our bit then a social conscience would ...

The first Love And the Life @ 10 + 1

Well the heading says it all for me. I still can look at a blank wall and start thinking about Ashu and see her as a heroine in the lush green fields of Switzerland and sing a song describing about her beauty......Let me stop now or else you guys n gals will start thinking that the person writing this post is a big fan of Yash raj movies.....But no doubt the Yash Raj movies define a major part of an ideal romance of a Indian middle class guy who is from a small town....I bet that for sure. For me till date those were the days when I was getting into Love mode of my life. Some say love happens to you when you are 16 but for me it happened when I was 17 which was not a great age to think about love because this is the stage where one defines the course of his or her future. I had a great reputation from my 10th board exams which helped me to get into any class of the school and sometimes even an interaction with students of the current year 10th grade who always looked up to us..... Enrichment Process of my School Life

So now my previous post told people where I am from and the backdrop of the place where I spent my childhood days. The place was amazing no doubts about that, but since every coin has two sides the other side of the coin was that I formally landed into a colony life. Well to be precise a Colony in this blog would refer to a Place where people working under the same company stay. This would be a residential area. The unique thing about a colony is that “Everybody knows everything about everybody”, When I say the previous statement it holds good for everyone. People are more interested in other person’s life and this is also discussed over dinner and lunch. There are gossips all around and every move made by the child is monitored by everyone. To have a reputation built up in such a trying condition is indeed tough. Then there’s a competition with the friends around you. For me it was that if I secure 1st Rank in my class then my dad would buy me whatever I asked for after the results....
